We continued south to Tandil through rich flat farming regions.....soy beans, wheat, corn, and sunflowers with just the occasional cattle grazing. Huge grain silos and oil extracting plants dotted here and there. Strains of Poland.....the roads were heavily rutted from constant truck use. Happened upon 2 police stops and were waved through and encountered a 10 pesos toll road.
There is so much grain being transported to the giant silos that road spills are swept up by a little man with a broom!
From Tandil we continued through more flat farming land, another toll road, to Belcarce where the driver visited the Juan Manuel Fangio car racing museum. His photos will tell the story.
